We know that when unions are strong, Oregon is strong. With so much uncertainty in the world today, one thing remains certain: Unions are the most effective means for workers to gain power on the job and in our communities to demand the dignity and respect we all deserve.
That’s why on June 17, 2025 the Oregon AFL-CIO is hosting the 2025 Oregon Labor Organizing Summit in Portland.
This event is a surefire way for union members, leaders, and staff to learn from experts and workers about the most effective tactics and strategies for organizing workers and building strong unions. This one-of-a-kind event features inspiring speakers, presentations from national experts on union organizing, engaging panel discussions, skill-building workshops, and space for Oregon unionists to meet each other and network.
The Summit will be held on Tuesday, June 17 in Portland from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Payment is $50 per person to attend. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
