Your Rights at Work

In Oregon, workers have tools available to them to ensure their rights and safety are protected on the job. Workers deserve to have the safest working conditions possible and dignity and respect in the workplace. Filing appropriate complaints or claims are another way to build power in the workplace, and to level the playing field for workers.

Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI)
