Participants will learn about their constitutional rights, what to do during interactions with federal agents, how to verify a judicial warrant, and how to protect themselves and their families. FEDERAL ATTACKS

The Trump administration said it would no longer recognize a union formed by early-career researchers at the National Institutes of Health, the latest in a spate of efforts to reduce the footprint of federal workers’ unions.

Unions and public interest groups filed a lawsuit Wednesday aimed at stopping Trump from moving forward with that plan. Liz Shuler, president of the AFL-CIO labor federation, called it a “blatant power grab” by the administration.
